Responsibilities
- Deep-clean and sanitize guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces using eco-certified protocols
- Manage linen inventory and restock amenities with precision
- Operate industrial-grade cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Report maintenance issues and security concerns immediately
- Adhere to OSHA and brand-specific sanitation standards
- Coordinate with overnight security and front desk teams for seamless operations
- Complete detailed room status reports and inventory logs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience in high-volume hospitality
- Valid AZ Food Handler's Card or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 30 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Proficiency with digital task management systems
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Basic English fluency; bilingual Spanish preferred
- Pass background check and drug screening
