Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently using our property management system
- Handle reservations, billing inquiries, and payment processing
- Respond to guest requests with 24/7 professionalism and empathy
- Maintain security protocols and monitor property surveillance
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Prepare end-of-night reports and daily summaries
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with Opera, Fidelio, or similar PMS software
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic knowledge of Jacksonville attractions and transportation
