As a key member of our 24/7 team, you'll handle check-ins/out, manage reservations, and resolve guest inquiries with our signature hospitality. This role offers perfect work-life balance with no weekend requirements and includes comprehensive benefits after 60 days.
Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-in/check-out processes during overnight hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Proactively resolve guest concerns using our 5-star service protocols
- Monitor security systems and manage emergency protocols
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for operational excellence
- Update reservation systems and manage room availability
- Provide local recommendations to enhance guest experiences
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with Opera/PMS systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license (for airport runs)
- Flexible availability including holidays
- Basic first aid/CPR certification preferred
- Foreign language skills a plus
