Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using property management systems (PMS).
- Handle incoming phone calls and emails with a professional and courteous tone.
- Monitor building security systems, including key card access and surveillance cameras.
- Assist guests with local recommendations, directions, and concierge services.
- Perform nightly inspections of the lobby, public areas, and restrooms.
- Resolve guest complaints and inquiries immediately to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Assist with the management of lost and found items and mail distribution.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality certificate is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in front desk operations or customer service.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with Windows and PMS software.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
