Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-in/check-out procedures with attention to detail
- Handle reservation inquiries, modifications, and room assignments using PMS systems
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Process payments accurately and maintain secure financial records
- Provide local recommendations and concierge services for late-night arrivals
- Safeguard hotel security protocols during overnight operations
- Collaborate with night audit team to ensure daily reconciliation accuracy
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with 1+ years hospitality experience
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Valid Oklahoma hospitality certification or willingness to obtain
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
- Basic first aid/CPR certification preferred
- Fluent English; Spanish language skills a plus
