As a Night Shift Agent, you will be the welcoming face of our hotel during the evening and night hours, ensuring our guests receive the highest level of service and comfort while they rest. You will manage check-ins, handle guest inquiries with a smile, and maintain a secure and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using the hotel Property Management System (PMS).
- Answer incoming phone calls, manage voicemails, and respond to emails promptly and professionally.
- Process payments, handle cash transactions, and prepare daily bank deposits with 100% accuracy.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and professional appearance of the front desk area and lobby.
- Assist guests with local directions, restaurant recommendations, and special requests to ensure a memorable stay.
- Monitor hotel security systems and report any suspicious activities or maintenance issues to management immediately.
- Handle guest complaints or issues calmly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a front desk or hospitality role is preferred but not required for night shifts.
- Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work night shifts (graveyard), weekends, and holidays as required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Property Management Systems (e.g., Opera, Micros).
- Professional appearance, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.
