Responsibilities
- Guest Check-in & Check-out: Process reservations and verify guest identities using our advanced Property Management System (PMS).
- Security Oversight: Conduct regular security patrols of the hotel premises to ensure the safety and security of guests and assets.
- Guest Services: Respond to guest inquiries, manage wake-up calls, and resolve any issues or complaints in a calm and professional manner.
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for emergency services and coordinate with the day shift team to ensure a seamless transition.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate night reports, manage the safe, and handle cash transactions with precision.
- Facility Maintenance: Monitor the lobby and common areas to ensure cleanliness and proper lighting for arriving guests.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, hotel front desk, or customer service is preferred.
- Schedule: Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and a professional, welcoming demeanor.
- Organization: Ability to multitask and manage time effectively during quiet periods.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using computers, POS systems, and property management software.
- Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing guest needs and hotel protocols.
