Responsibilities
- Greet and warmly welcome guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Manage the front desk operations, including answering multi-line phones, responding to emails, and processing reservations.
- Monitor building security systems, perform routine security patrols, and enforce safety protocols to ensure the well-being of guests and staff.
- Assist guests with local recommendations, concierge services, and any special requests they may have.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, maintaining strict adherence to cash handling policies and audit procedures.
- Perform minor maintenance tasks and report any facility issues or repairs to the maintenance team immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse guests.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and solve problems effectively.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift luggage or supplies as needed.
