Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently, ensuring accuracy in all registration details and identity verification.
- Manage the night audit process, reconciling accounts, balancing the till, and preparing daily operational reports.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in person regarding local attractions, dining, and hotel amenities.
- Monitor security cameras and access control systems to ensure the safety and security of the property and guests.
- Process payments and handle complaints or special requests with a positive, problem-solving attitude.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area during the night shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a front desk or hospitality role is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts without close supervision.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.
