Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations during the night shift, including check-ins, check-outs, and key card issuance.
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service at all hours.
- Monitor security cameras and access control systems to ensure building safety.
- Answer incoming phone lines professionally and respond to guest inquiries via email.
- Assist guests with local directions, restaurant recommendations, and transportation options.
- Maintain a pristine and organized lobby and front desk area throughout the night.
- Handle basic cash handling and point-of-sale transactions with accuracy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
- Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new property management software quickly.
- Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
