As the first point of contact for our guests, you will ensure a seamless check-in and check-out process while maintaining the highest standards of security and cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using hotel management software.
- Monitor building security systems and emergency protocols.
- Answer incoming phone calls and resolve guest inquiries promptly.
- Handle cash handling, credit card transactions, and nightly audit reports.
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the front desk and lobby area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of front desk or hospitality experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently during night hours with minimal supervision.
- Basic computer proficiency and knowledge of property management systems (PMS).
