Responsibilities
- Greet and Assist: Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Communication Hub: Manage the front desk phone system and respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Security Monitoring: Maintain a safe and secure environment by monitoring the lobby and security cameras.
- Administrative Duties: Process payments, update guest profiles, and handle mail services.
- Facility Maintenance: Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Schedule: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer literacy is required (training provided for internal systems).
- Reliability: Must be punctual, trustworthy, and able to work independently.
