What You Will Do:
As a Night Shift Agent, you will be the face of our brand after hours. You will ensure our guests feel safe, welcome, and valued while maintaining the highest standards of service.
Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out with accuracy, verifying identification and payment methods.
- Manage the front desk console, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling in-person inquiries.
- Monitor security cameras and access control systems to ensure building safety.
- Process nightly financial reports and balance the cash drawer.
- Assist guests with local directions, restaurant recommendations, and any special requests.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and lobby environment.
- Handle minor maintenance requests and coordinate with the maintenance team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred; equivalent experience is accepted.
- Ability to work flexible night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn property management software quickly.
- A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Must be reliable and able to work independently.
