Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across front desk, housekeeping, and concierge operations
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and common areas to exceed cleanliness standards
- Process check-ins/check-outs efficiently using property management systems
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and solution-oriented approaches
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Adhere to safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Support special events and VIP guest handling as required
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we provide comprehensive paid training!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends/holidays
- Basic computer proficiency with willingness to learn new systems
- Physical stamina for standing/walking during shifts
