Responsibilities
- Guest Check-In/Out: Efficiently process check-ins and check-outs for late-night guests using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Security Oversight: Conduct regular security rounds, monitor surveillance cameras, and ensure the safety and integrity of the premises.
- Inquiry Management: Respond to guest inquiries regarding local attractions, dining, and hotel services promptly via phone or email.
- Key Control: Manage master keys and access cards, ensuring proper logging of all key movements and access logs.
- Issue Resolution: Address guest concerns and minor maintenance issues immediately and escalate major problems to management.
- General Maintenance: Perform light maintenance tasks, such as restocking amenities and maintaining the cleanliness of the lobby area.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in front desk operations or hospitality preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in MS Office and property management software is a plus.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision during the night shift.
- Professionalism: A professional appearance and demeanor are essential for this role.
