Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using property management software.
- Monitor security cameras and access points to ensure guest safety and property security.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls and emails promptly.
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Process payments and handle cash deposits accurately at the end of the shift.
- Perform light cleaning and maintenance of the front desk area and lobby.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in hospitality or front desk operations.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers and standard office software (MS Office).
- High school diploma or GED required.
