Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guest services including check-in/check-out, concierge assistance, and local recommendations
- Maintain pristine room standards through detailed cleaning and preparation protocols
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly with professionalism
- Operate property management systems and POS technology efficiently
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Uphold stringent hygiene and safety standards throughout all areas
- Support event setup and special request fulfillment for VIP guests
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic proficiency with reservation software and MS Office
- Valid Washington State Food Handler's Card (or willingness to obtain)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Must pass background check and drug screening
