Responsibilities
- Perform accurate check-ins and check-outs for late-night arrivals and departures using the property management system.
- Monitor building security and access points to ensure the safety of guests and staff.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls efficiently during off-peak hours.
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding local amenities, transportation, and directions.
- Process cash, credit card, and digital payments with strict adherence to security protocols.
- Maintain a pristine and organized front lobby and reception area.
- Handle guest complaints or emergencies with composure and escalate when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service is preferred.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and hotel PMS software (training provided).
- Ability to stand and move around the property for extended periods.
