We are looking for a reliable individual to ensure our lobby is welcoming and secure from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM.
Responsibilities
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Monitor building security systems and manage access control for residents and visitors.
- Answer incoming calls and route messages promptly to appropriate departments.
- Handle and resolve guest inquiries and complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to address facility issues reported by guests.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Must be available to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with property management systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A professional appearance and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
