Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service and ensure a welcoming atmosphere at the front desk and throughout the property.
- Assist with check-in, check-out, and room assignments efficiently.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of common areas, lobbies, and restrooms.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure high standards of facility upkeep.
- Process payments and manage cash registers accurately.
- Adhere to all company safety, security, and operational policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- A friendly, approachable, and service-oriented attitude.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and POS systems.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
