Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure a pristine environment.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish toiletries and amenities according to brand standards.
- Maintain a high level of organization and sanitation in storage closets and linen rooms.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team immediately.
- Adhere to all company policies, including uniform codes and safety procedures.
- Interact professionally and courteously with guests, staff, and management.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; we provide training.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (physical stamina required).
- Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work standards.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within shift timeframes.
- Reliable attendance and availability for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
