Responsibilities
- Execute smooth and efficient check-in and check-out processes for guests arriving and departing during the night shift.
- Monitor hotel security systems and conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety and security of guests and property.
- Perform nightly financial reconciliation, including balancing the night audit reports and cash handling.
- Assist guests with inquiries, room service requests, and emergency situations with professionalism and composure.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and ensure the lobby and public areas are pristine.
- Manage the front desk operations, including answering phones, managing emails, and processing payments.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities and report any maintenance issues or anomalies immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk operations, or night auditing is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests of all backgrounds.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with Property Management Systems (PMS) is a plus.
- Must be available to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Clean background check and valid state-issued ID.
