Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a welcoming first and last impression.
- Check guests in and out efficiently using the property management system (PMS).
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Manage room assignments, ensure the lobby and public areas are tidy and presentable.
- Process payments and maintain accurate daily financial logs and reports.
- Perform wake-up calls and coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready for check-in.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality or hotel management certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and hotel PMS software (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
