Responsibilities
- Manage check-in/check-out processes for overnight guests with precision and efficiency
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction
- Monitor security systems and hotel premises to ensure guest safety
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for urgent requests
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile daily reports accurately
- Prepare guest rooms for next-day arrivals following brand standards
- Document guest feedback and operational incidents for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong customer service orientation with conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Valid California driver's license (if required for errands)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
