Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm welcome to all guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Guest Services: Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently using our property management system (training provided).
- Communication: Answer incoming calls, manage emails, and respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, including filing, data entry, and maintaining a clean workspace.
- Security & Access: Verify identification and manage key cards or access codes to ensure the safety of our property and guests.
- Shift Coordination: Assist in light housekeeping duties, restocking amenities, and maintaining lobby standards during your shift.
Qualifications
- Experience: No prior experience required; we provide full paid training.
- Availability: Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Technology: Basic computer literacy; willingness to learn new software quickly.
- Professionalism: A professional appearance and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
- Legal: Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
