Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/check-outs with precision and warmth
- Handle reservation modifications and inquiries 24/7
- Address guest concerns promptly with solution-oriented approach
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergency protocols
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare end-of-night reports for management
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel/front desk experience
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in Opera/PMS systems
- Ability to work independently under pressure
- Valid California Food Handler Card
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Basic first aid/CPR certification preferred
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
