Responsibilities
- Handle check-ins/checkouts efficiently using property management systems
- Manage guest inquiries, requests, and resolve issues promptly
- Monitor security systems and ensure guest safety throughout shift
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for room readiness
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Execute emergency procedures and incident reporting protocols
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel or hospitality experience required
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency with Opera, Fidelio, or similar PMS software
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Valid Missouri driver's license (for airport runs)
- Basic first aid/CPR certification preferred
