Responsibilities
- Execute check-in and check-out procedures for late-night arrivals efficiently.
- Monitor hotel security systems and patrol common areas to ensure guest safety.
- Handle guest inquiries via phone and in-person with professionalism and courtesy.
- Perform nightly inspections of guest rooms, lobbies, and facilities.
- Assist with luggage handling and local transportation arrangements.
- Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and guest feedback.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or front desk operations is preferred.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, service-oriented demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Proficiency with property management systems (PMS) is a plus.
