Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during overnight check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries
- Monitor hotel security systems and respond to emergency protocols
- Perform deep cleaning and maintenance of public areas and guest rooms
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for overnight operations
- Manage guest requests and resolve issues promptly during non-business hours
- Conduct nightly inspections of property safety and security measures
- Prepare operational reports for management review
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid Maryland driver's license (if required for property checks)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS)
- Professional demeanor under pressure situations
