Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations during overnight hours including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
- Monitor hotel security systems and respond promptly to emergency situations
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve overnight issues
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial transaction records
- Handle guest requests and complaints with professionalism and discretion
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety and cleanliness standards
- Assist with valet services and guest transportation coordination
- Prepare end-of-night shift reports for management review
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (for valet duties)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- High school diploma or equivalent required
