Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations during overnight shifts, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergency situations promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest requests and facility issues
- Process payments, manage cash handling procedures, and maintain accurate financial records
- Ensure all public areas remain clean, safe, and welcoming throughout the night
- Act as primary point of contact for guests requiring assistance during non-standard hours
- Conduct nightly audits of room status and report discrepancies to management
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of hotel or hospitality experience required
- Availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations while maintaining composure
- Basic proficiency with hotel management software and MS Office
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license (if required for errands)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
