Responsibilities
- Deliver 24/7 guest assistance with check-ins, check-outs, and special requests
- Monitor hotel security systems and respond to emergency protocols
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Manage reservation systems and troubleshoot booking discrepancies
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism during peak nighttime hours
- Perform nightly audits of front desk operations and financial transactions
- Maintain pristine lobby and common areas throughout overnight shifts
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience required
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure
- Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
- Proficient in hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, PMS)
- Valid New York State hospitality certification preferred
- Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities
- Must pass background check and drug screening
