Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and concierge assistance
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergency situations with calm professionalism
- Perform nightly audit procedures and manage financial transactions accurately
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for overnight operational needs
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain detailed logs of all nightly activities and incidents
- Prepare morning shift reports and handover documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience required
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong problem-solving skills and crisis management abilities
- Proficient with property management systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi)
- Valid Oregon Food Handler's Card and CPR certification preferred
- Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
