Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/check-outs and resolve inquiries with professionalism
- Oversee security protocols and monitor surveillance systems
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for urgent requests
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile nightly reports
- Respond to emergencies following established procedures
- Prepare for next-day operations and manage key inventory
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel/hospitality experience preferred
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Valid California driver's license (if driving required)
- Basic computer proficiency (PMS systems)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Food Handler/ServSafe certification a plus
