Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service during overnight hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins/check-outs
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergency protocols
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Perform nightly room status audits and report discrepancies
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Complete accurate shift documentation and reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Valid Texas driver's license (for hotel errands)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer proficiency (PMS systems preferred)
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Must pass background check and drug screening
