Responsibilities
- Safeguard hotel premises and guest security during overnight hours
- Handle check-ins/check-outs with precision and warmth
- Manage guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Monitor surveillance systems and respond to emergencies
- Prepare daily reports and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Assist with valet services and luggage handling as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience
- Valid Washington state driver's license
- Ability to work independently during late hours
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera preferred)
- First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Fluent in English; Spanish a plus
