- Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, including check-ins/check-outs and guest requests
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergencies per protocol
- Handle reservation management and billing inquiries with precision
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for operational efficiency
- Perform nightly audits and financial reconciliation tasks
- Uphold brand standards and service excellence at all touchpoints
- Document incidents and maintain accurate shift logs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience required
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Valid North Carolina driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic first aid/CPR certification preferred
