Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations during overnight shifts, including check-ins/check-outs and guest inquiries
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergencies or disturbances promptly
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Perform routine facility checks and coordinate maintenance requests
- Assist guests with special requests, wake-up calls, and transportation arrangements
- Collaborate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Prepare daily reports and manage reservation systems
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer proficiency and POS system knowledge
- Valid driver's license (if transportation duties required)
- First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
