Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations during overnight shifts including check-ins/check-outs
- Monitor security systems and respond to guest emergencies promptly
- Coordinate housekeeping services for room turnovers and public areas
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
- Perform nightly audits of cash and credit card transactions
- Maintain accurate logs for maintenance requests and incident reports
- Assist with valet parking and luggage services as needed
Qualifications
- No prior hotel experience required – we train all team members
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during shifts
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with reservation systems
- Valid driver's license preferred (not mandatory)
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
