Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out processes with efficiency and warmth
- Monitor security systems and respond to guest inquiries 24/7
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Handle reservation modifications and payment processing
- Maintain lobby and common area standards during overnight hours
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues
- Complete nightly audit reports and administrative tasks
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided!
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Basic computer proficiency (point-of-sale systems)
- Flexible schedule availability (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Valid Texas driver's license (for errands if needed)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
