Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to overnight guests including check-ins, check-outs, and special requests
- Monitor hotel security systems and respond to guest safety concerns promptly
- Perform nightly room inspections and report maintenance issues to engineering team
- Manage front desk operations including reservations, billing inquiries, and concierge services
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless overnight operations
- Handle emergency situations calmly and according to hotel protocols
- Prepare daily reports and maintain accurate guest documentation
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we welcome career changers and first-time job seekers
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Basic computer literacy for reservation systems
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts

- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
