Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during night shifts, including check-ins, check-outs, and request handling
- Monitor hotel security systems and respond to emergency situations per protocol
- Perform nightly room inspections and deep cleaning of public areas
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for overnight operations
- Manage front desk operations including call handling and reservation management
- Prepare nightly reports and log maintenance issues for next-day follow-up
- Assist with valet services and guest transportation during overnight hours
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous hotel/hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems (e.g., PMS)
- Valid driver's license for potential shuttle services
- First Aid/CPR certification a plus
