Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/check-outs with efficiency and professionalism
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergency situations promptly
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with exceptional service
- Perform nightly room inspections and coordinate with housekeeping teams
- Operate hotel technology systems including PMS and security software
- Conduct regular property patrols to ensure safety and compliance
- Prepare daily operational reports and maintain accurate documentation
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends/holidays
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain
