Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/checkouts with precision and warmth
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues within 15 minutes
- Monitor hotel security systems and patrol premises hourly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for urgent requests
- Handle cash transactions and balance night audit reports
- Prepare VIP rooms and amenities for next-day arrivals
- Assist emergency response procedures when necessary
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking skills
- Valid Michigan driver's license (for valet duties)
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems (Opera, PMS)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
