Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and concierge support
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergency situations with calm professionalism
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for overnight operational needs
- Manage inventory for amenities and ensure public areas remain pristine overnight
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction
- Complete end-of-shift reporting and handover procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions during off-peak hours
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible availability to work weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS)
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
