Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at front desk, check-ins/check-outs, and concierge duties
- Manage room assignments and coordinate housekeeping operations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain accurate records using property management systems
- Assist with event setup and banquet services during shifts
- Ensure security protocols are followed during night shifts
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
