Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, lobbies, and common areas
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere to strict cleanliness protocols and sustainability standards
- Handle guest requests with professionalism and discretion
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Maintain detailed cleaning logs and quality checklists
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping or hospitality experience
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license preferred
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 8AM-4PM)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic knowledge of eco-friendly cleaning products
- Pass background check and drug screening
