Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins/check-outs and guest inquiries during night shift
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergency situations
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Conduct nightly audits and prepare shift reports
- Ensure guest safety and comfort throughout overnight hours
Qualifications
- No prior hotel experience required – training provided
