Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service during evening/night hours
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins/check-outs
- Monitor security systems and respond to guest requests
- Perform nightly room status audits and report maintenance needs
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams
- Handle emergency situations calmly and professionally

Qualifications
