Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/check-outs using hotel management systems
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Monitor hotel security and safety protocols overnight
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile daily reports
- Prepare guest rooms and amenities for next-day arrivals
- Maintain detailed logs of overnight activities
Qualifications
